In a recent Rap-Up interview earlier this month, producer, Bongo ByTheWay, revealed that Chance the Rapper and Jeremih will be following up their 2016 Christmas mixtape Merry Christmas Lil’ Mama with an actual Christmas album this holiday season of the same name.

The album is said to have a mixture of original tracks and remakes of classic Christmas songs. I love Chance the Rapper so I am beyond excited and will probably be a little biased when it comes out. So, if you’re near me this Christmas, expect it to make it to my Christmas playlist.

There has been no official release date of the project, but if its anything like the mixtape (which dropped four days before Christmas last year), we’ll probably be surprised with an unannounced release. That doesn’t give me much time to use it to get into the Christmas spirit, but that doesn’t really make a difference given that I was still bumping “All The Way” and “I Should Left You” well into the beginning of 2017.
